You are free to use any supplier, and there is no charge for bringing your own. These are hand-picked local businesses with a proven record at Haylands and across the area, and we trust them to do a great job.

Caterers
Any caterer is welcome. They work from the covered prep tent in the courtyard with our 30kVA generator, need a food hygiene rating of 4 or above and £5 million public liability insurance, and take their own waste away. Each of these has catered at Haylands.

Hire companies
Tables, chairs and the toilet trailer are booked directly with Tents n' Events at Haylands rates; the prices are on our pricing page. For tipis, sailcloth tents and alternative loos, these companies know the lawn and the drive.

Bands play inside the barn, with music finishing at 11:30pm. There is no sound limiter; our manager keeps an eye on volume.

Bringing your own supplier
Every supplier working at Haylands needs public liability insurance of at least £5 million and electrical equipment PAT tested within the last 12 months, and follows our on-site manager's instructions. Please send us the names and contact details of all your suppliers at least four weeks before your wedding. Suppliers set up from 8am on Friday, arrive from 8am on Saturday and collect everything by 11am on Sunday. Full details in the terms and conditions.
