Weddings in 2027 and 2028
Venue hire is £6,400 for any Saturday. Here is everything else.
One rate for every available Saturday from April to September, in 2027 and 2028. Venue hire is invoiced as dry hire with no VAT and no corkage. Tables, chairs and the toilet trailer come from Tents n' Events at Haylands rates, booked by you directly. Below is what the venue fee covers, what the hire items cost, and what a whole Saturday comes to.

Included in your hire
Everything here comes with the venue at no extra cost. If you marry at the barn, our ceremony fee is £300. 2029 dates and prices are not yet released; ask us.

- A 5m x 5m high-top marquee

Your ceremony fee is paid to Haylands Barn. Tables, chairs, toilets and the extras below are hired from Tents n' Events at our Haylands rates, and their prices include VAT. Your estimate adds up as you go, and you can send it to us with your enquiry.
What a Saturday comes to
Each example includes venue hire, chairs and tables for every guest, a cake table, a table for gifts and cards, and the luxury toilet trailer. Hire items include VAT. If you hold your legal ceremony at the barn, add our £300 ceremony fee. Catering, drinks, flowers and your other suppliers are not included.

You book these directly with Tents n' Events in Arundel and mention Haylands Barn for these rates. We help you work out what you need and add nothing. Prices include VAT. Delivery and collection are free when your order includes tables and chairs.

What's extra
Catering, drinks and bar staff, chosen by you with no corkage. Marquees, tipis or stretch tents on the lawn beyond the included 5m x 5m marquee. Flowers, music, photography and the registrar's fees.
Deposit and payment
We hold a date for 14 days. A deposit of 50% of the hire fee confirms it. The balance, the £300 ceremony fee if you marry here, and a £500 refundable damage deposit are due 3 months before your wedding. Instalments can be arranged. Full details in the terms and conditions.
