At Haylands Barn, we don't believe in turnstile weddings, we offer access to the venue 1 day before your event date, meaning you have plenty of time to make sure every detail is just how you want it without time constraints.
(Eg: If you had A Saturday wedding or event, you and the vendors would have the venue from the Friday 8am.)

We know it can sometimes be overwhelming when making arrangements for your upcoming events. That’s why we have hand selected our trusted and dependable vendors to suit your vision to suit a range of budgets. Whats included in the price?
Haylands Barn is rented as an empty barn, patio and parking space. We include: dimmable down lighting, overhead fairy lights, disco ball and electricity*.
*Electricity is capped at a certain Kva but a generator is available to hire for extra power.
What is the capacity of the barn?
Depending on the table configurations and dance floor and band area we can seat roughly 150+ but to get an accurate figure, we will need all the information on your event configuration.
How do I book the Venue?
