A Little About Us
Haylands Barn is a unique barn space and patio, with spectacular views of the South Downs in the heart of West Sussex. As a family run venue, we offer a personal event planning experience, and have relationships with a wide selection of local professionals to suit a range of styles and tastes.
The Venue
When we started work on our beautiful flint barn in 2021, we wanted to take full advantage of our views of the south downs by introducing a large south facing patio with plenty of room for tables, chairs and an outdoor bar. Both the exterior and interior of the barn is fully wired with safety sockets and bespoke lighting options.

The venue is in a particularly private location up a 1/2 mile private drive surrounded by rolling pasture and woodland. We have a large field parking area for guests and great access for vehicles on the day of the event. The nearest village is Graffham, a small village with 2 pubs and a beautiful church (St Giles) with options for luxury accommodation at the White Horse which is around 1 mile from the venue.

Currently the barn is offered as an empty space, this gives you almost limitless options for creating a unique space for your event. We can offer assistance in choosing from a wide range of local vendors to suit your needs and budget.
